How do I place an order?Most of our products and items are made custom to order, just go to the product/item you would like, try your best to fill out a description of how you would like your order, add to cart, and finish off your order by purchasing the items in your cart!

How I do send example pictures or my logo I would like on my custom item(s)?Once your order has been placed, you will be contacted to verify your order details. You will also be provided with design samples to see how your order will look before it's completed.

What is the turnaround time on my order?Turnaround times may vary from the items you may have ordered and/or how big your order may be. Standard turnaround times for small custom orders vary from 3-5 business days and 1-2 weeks for larger orders. To be safe please order 1-2 weeks before your need by date, to ensure no delays. Rush orders are also available for a fee.

Returns or Refunds?Unfortunately, with the majority of our item being custom made to order we do not offer returns or refunds, but we will do everything to ensure you are satisfied with your order.

All orders must be placed online, on our website TheDollyT.com. We do not accept orders anywhere else.

Payments must be made before your order is started, and at the time of ordering, to ensure our availability to complete your order in a timely manner.

If you choose to have your order shipped, please note once we hand off your package to the postal service for shipping/delivery, anything that happens from that point on is completely out of our control.

Once your order is placed and we have confirmed order details as well as designs, no changes can be made during the making of your order. please note all changes at once during the designing process.
